Acad M 2018 3D file corruption

1 post in this topic

Hi,

We've been having issues with one of our users systems we recently built.

Nvidia Quadro P4000- Latest compatible driver installed

Autodesk PDSU- All Service Pack installed

The issue is with our AutoCAD Mechanical 3D models. We have 2 files we've worked with that have gone corrupt while working on the file along with the backup. The 2 files that have gone corrupt are not able to be fixed via the repair function.

This is very unfortunate as they represent weeks worth of work. To try and fix the issue; I've done a repair of the software, uninstalled and reinstalled, changed a couple toggles, and the latest is to reset settings to default. We use a handful of custom pallets and they have come in without issue, so I doubt they're the issue. I'm pretty good at solving these problems on my own but this one has me puzzled.
